This is a RARE Jay Strongwater Oval Hanging Ornament Frame. This LOVELY picture frame was purchased from Neiman Marcus. I believe it is from the St. Petersburg collection. VERY RARE!! It is accented with LOVELY Swarovski crystals and marked with the Jay Strongwater logo on the back. Made of enamel and finished in a gold. BRAND NEW without original box. It comes from a non-smoking home. Measures 2 5/8"H (at highest point) by approximately 1 7/8"W (at widest point.) It holds a 1 1/2" x 1" picture. Pictures of actual item.
