Rudy Jude Pony Blouse - size Large. PTP is 20 in. Bought used and came to me with slight discoloration around the neck. I am assuming it would come out with wash, but haven’t tried myself. It is in great condition and was an ISO for a loooooong time but I’m coming to terms with it being too small. As-is.
